Listing Presentation

Goal:

To create a flexible branding and marketing tool that fulfills the needs of the offices, managers, and agents across regional markets. The presentation should amplify the incredible value in working with the brokerage, the brokers, and the service divisions, by showcasing the depth of industry knowledge and the breadth of market intelligence. A successful presentation presents a wealth of information in a powerful, yet easily understood, structure of key value propositions and supporting statements.

Strategy:

Inspired by architecture, two distinct presentations were developed to address the variety of styles across property types and regional aesthetics. Photography and content was market specific, including iconic regional imagery and market data for the local micro-regions. For deployment, a guide was developed to empower management to speak for the presentation as advocates as well as empower agents to speak for the presentation to clients.

Goal:

To position the Manhattan property as offering the best in borough's downtown style and charm but in the heart of iconic uptown.

strategy:

Create design-focused collateral displaying the legendary status of the building and five-star services/amenities. Derive inspiration from the ideal buyer’s lifestyle and the architecture surrounding the property. Collateral includes advertising, social media, and brochures. Maintain a consistent aesthetic across all assets and mediums, including events and PR exposure.

Goal:

To enlighten prospective buyers and reacquaint current residents with both the distinguished prestige and history of the building. To showcase the extraordinary lifestyle of the neighborhood.

strategy:

A bespoke publication, with targeted distribution, spotlighting the luxury amenities and residences of the building. An evening soirée introducing shareholders to the refreshed marketing materials and tour of a suite. On-going digital marketing to expand distribution of the publication and emphasize the desirability of the neighborhood.
